Use LockInVibe lawfully, keep control of your device and store account, and remember that Apple or Google manages purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Agreement
LockInVibe is an independently operated software product. These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the LockInVibe mobile application, website, and related services. References to LockInVibe identify the product and its operator; they do not represent that LockInVibe is an incorporated company. By using LockInVibe, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What LockInVibe provides
LockInVibe provides tools for blocking selected apps and websites, running focus sessions, managing tasks and schedules, and reviewing focus statistics. Features may differ by platform, device capability, operating-system permission, plan, country, or app version.
3. Free and Pro plans
The Free plan includes core focus tools with limits described in the app. Pro may include unlimited blockers, scheduled blocking, Strict mode, custom groups and durations, expanded focus insights, and future premium features.
- Monthly: an automatically renewing monthly subscription.
- Yearly: an automatically renewing annual subscription.
- Lifetime: a one-time purchase for Pro access for the supported lifetime of the product and your store account.
Base USD prices may be shown on our website for comparison. Your app store displays the final localized price, currency, taxes, trial or promotion terms, and billing period before you confirm a purchase.
4. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Apple or Google bills all in-app purchases. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them through your store account before the store's renewal deadline. Deleting LockInVibe does not cancel a subscription.
Refund requests and eligibility are handled by Apple or Google under their applicable policies. LockInVibe cannot issue or guarantee store refunds directly.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse LockInVibe, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where law permits, use it to violate another person's rights, or attempt to access systems or information without authorization.
6. Device access and safety
You control which permissions and restrictions you enable. Strict mode and scheduled blockers are designed to make early exit difficult. Review your configuration before starting a session, especially when access to communication, transportation, health, finance, emergency, or authentication apps may be important.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, add, suspend, or discontinue features to improve LockInVibe, respond to platform changes, or comply with law. Apple and Google may also change the operating-system or store services on which features depend.
8. Intellectual property
LockInVibe, Lockie, the website, app design, text, graphics, software, and other original materials are owned by the operator of LockInVibe or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
9. Disclaimers
LockInVibe is a productivity tool, not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice. The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that blocking will be uninterrupted or impossible to bypass on every device or operating-system version.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LockInVibe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Apple terms
For the iOS app, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the mandatory Apple terms control for the iOS app.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will publish the revised version here and update the date above. Continuing to use LockInVibe after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
